Request for release of information shall be in accordance with the State of Tennessee Open Records Act.   If you need a copy of a 911 record that is associated with a police incident, then please contact the Dyersburg Police Department Records Unit at (731) 285.1212.  If you need a copy of a 911 record that is associated with a fire/ems incident, then please contact the Dyersburg Fire Department Records unit at (731) 288.7614.  For all other request for 911 records, contact the Communications Supervisor at (731) 285.4019.
